Fils is our local diner and it's good, the shakes are the best around and the eggs benny is ok with nice home fries.

I agree with the cleanliness points made by other reviews the menus can get sticky and the tables often need more wiping.

The quality at Fil's has really gone down over the last 6-8 months. They were never great at coffee refills, but the general cleanliness has decreased significantly.

We have found fruit flies dead in the vinegar on two separate occasions, and the amount of houseflies buzzing around are really distracting.

They also seem to be constantly under-wait-staffed.

Located in the trendy GCTC Theatre district, this 50's style eatery is open early w/ good eats & fast friendly service. Hours vary on holidays.

They serve breakfast until 3 pm. set up like a 50's diner. Red and white bar stools, etc. Awesome place.
