I recently stayed in OC and have eaten here before. Coffee...excellent.
pancakes...superb.
bacon...crisp.
waffles to write home about. I recommend the smokehouse waffle, Belgian waffle with bacon bits cooked right in!

You will have to wait to get in on a busy morning but totally worth the wait.
