Because Country Kitchen was close to the new Dallas Cowboys stadium being constructed in Arlington, the property became very valuable and was sold. That's why they closed. Country Kitchen was, hands down, the best breakfast place in Arlington for many years. Sad to see it close.

The restaurant is no longer there, it was torn down in may 2007, was open one week and closed for good the next??? so suprising because they were so good, go figure.

They make the best pancakes in town. The skillet meals are yummy too. The service is always friendly. It is located just south of I 30 on Collins. Just across the street from Lincoln Square. They are open 24 hours. Family friendly dining.
