I have waited in line for a table when they aren't even busy and this is also true of other Denny's that I have visited especially exit82B on 77 in South Carolina.
They are definetely not into customer service. They make you wait to be seated and make you wait to be served. At least they could bring a beverage if they are going to be so slow. I would not go there if I was in a hurry.
