The best breakast in PA hands down. An absolute must try if you love breakfast. Food is always delicious. Service is great. Everything you want in a diner. Do yourself a favor and try "the Mess". You'll be hooked from the very first bite.

Atmosphere-Atmosphere **** The Coffee Cup Restaurant makes me remember going to breakfast with my grandfather when I was little. I let the fact that people can smoke slide; the red swivel stools, cozy booths and great food make up for it. Park yourself on a stool up front and you can watch your breakfast being made in front of you. The princess in me has to mention the restrooms-always clean and quite roomy-not squishy.

I would rate Coffee Cup higher, but the fact remains the restaurant is all smoking and this is unfortunate. However, it is an old fashioned diner with an open kitchen, a useable counter, and the food is delicious. If you didn't know any better, you might think you had gone back in time when you enter; a greasy spoon if there ever was one.
