Where else can you get table cloths and the best omelet in Oregon or Washington state. When you combine the omelet quality, with home made wheat bread and red potatoes, you have a combination that rivals what "mama" used to make! And a waitress that remembers you usual order-cheese omelet, red potatoes, whole wheat bread and a couple of honey packets. I travel on my stomach and it always leads me to Yaquina Bay Restaurant every opportunity I get!

I wrote a wonderful review, detailing the reasons behind the 2 golden eggs, but this stupid website lost everything I typed when I clicked the "make changes" option after reviewing my review prior to final submission.

Now I'm annoyed not only at the misguided info I found here that lead me to this restaurant, but at the site itself for creating such a shabby experience for reviewers.

It's free content, don't make us work so hard to give it to you!

The choices were much wider for breakfast than at the normal to excellent breakfast cafe or restaurant especially due to the different seafood omelets. All of the rest of the normal breakfast choices are on the menu. The basic quality of the food is very high. The quantity was very generous and the surroundings were lovely. To say that this is one of the best breakfast restaurants that I've ever eaten in is an honest statement and I'm darn near 60. Oh yeah, the gravy was great even later in the morning when at most places it gets kinda like glue.

The breakfasts here are a very good value. Very good food at a very reasonable price.
Great omeletes can be ordered with red potatoes, browns, or fresh fruit. I liked the shrimp omelette and the salmon omelette.
The daily specials are a particularly good deal.
I use the breakfasts at this restaurant as the standard for which I compare breakfasts at other restaurants.
They also have lunch and dinner.
Best value in town.
Right next to the I-5 freeway. Exit 234 from the south or from the north. Rather hard to see from the road. Next to Best Western Motel, behind McDoodles.
