I have to agree with Bill, the previous reviewer - I used to be a big fan of this place, but to update my previous review, the prices seem to be going up and the quality going down. Those massive orders of home fries are still good and a good value if you're ordering for the whole table, but the rest of the food (even my old favorite - the strawberry blintz omelet) is just too expensive for the quality.

Good food but very expensive...everything is priced a la carte. We spent $60 for breakfast for four. Not worth the price.

I've been going to the Bayside Skillet for Breakfast when in Ocean City since the late 70's.... I think they opened in 1977. This is a place that has to be on the must visit list when in Ocean City.... all of the breakfast menu items are too die for, and it's hard... even though I've been going there for so long, to choose what item I want. I for one seem to always head back to what I know and enjoy and order the seafood omelette.... keep in mind that the breakfast menu is expansive, so it'll take you a while to peruse it and choose what you want, and you'll have second thoughts until what you ordered is served. And, did I mention the view of the bay?????

This place is a must when in OC if you are a lover of breakfast. The portions here are HUGE and very good. Selection of items is unmatched at any other place in OC. A side of homefries could feed a family of 4 easily.

I have been visting OCMD for a lifetime, but only recently discovered this gem. Their specialties are omelettes, like the South Street (Philly Cheesesteak) and Strawberry Blintz (sounds weird, but it's delicious), and crepes. Don't pass up the fresh pressed OJ and Grapefruit juice!
