Service was pretty good, and the coffee was good. Just avoid the food. Bacon was tasteless and the hashbrowns were mushy. What a disappointment. I read a few of the earlier reviews and thought we'd give them a try. There are better options in the area.

Been going there for years, and the Rainbow recently got new owners. Service and food are definitely better now, at least they seem to care. I usually order the chicken fried steak and they changed it on me since the last time I was there. Usually change in a restaurant item means they went cheap to save $$, but this was for the better. It wasn't as soggy and hard to cut and either the gravy has changed or something but it just tasted better. Coffee is just OK, I prefer a stronger cup, but refills were plentiful.

The longest family owned business in the state of WA. Love the old pictures. I visit at least twice a week. The breakfast is great. Service is nice. Home made soups, pies and cinnamon rolls to die for. I love the RC. hope it stays around for another 80 years!

Had breakfast there this morning - the service was a little off and had to ask to have things brought for the food twice. Only got two cups of coffee though I was there for well over an hour. Food was okay - certainly better then Denny's.
