We have over a half million miles on the roads of America. We have eaten at dozens of Bob Evans restaurants and have never-never had a bad experience-actually quite the opposite. We are planning our next travel adventure and you can be sure that Bob Evans will be figured in.

My family goes to Branson every year. We decided to eat at Bob's one morning. The host sat me, hubby, son, and nephew. After 15 min, no one waited on us. I saw a boy wiping tables down. I asked if he could take our order. He said he'd get a waitress to help us. He went to about 3 waitresses, and all of them said it's not their table. Turns out we weren't at anyone's table because the host sat us in an area that no one was assigned to! So the manager comes out, apologizes, takes our order, says she'll take good care of us, and gets us our food. Mind you, we were not upset, or yelling, or anything. We figured, ok, the host made a mistake, no biggie. We kinda thought by the manager taking care of us we'd get maybe a discount off the bill. We weren't expecting free food, but maybe a few bucks off, or a coupon to say Hey we're sorry. But we got nothing. And guess what we tipped??? NOTHING!! That place stinks.
