I think this is the best breakfast place in Spokane (and this is an issue that I have really explored). Their Huevos Rancheros is the best I have ever tasted and I would strongly recommend.

All in all it was a very nice breakfast experience. The food was good, but there wasn't a whole lot to chose from. But the atmosphere was very nice, and the staff was pleasant and smiled. The only real gripe I had was it took almost 15+ minutes for our server to come take our order, it wasn't busy, one of the other servers actually had to go find her because she forgot about us. And at the end it took a very long time to get our check and get it processed.

I used to think bacon was bacon, eggs were eggs, and toast was toast. After eating at Cafe Marron, after having one of their omlettes, with the toast created by their own bakery, I realized how ignorant I am. Mere mortals like myself are naive to the synergy that exists when a group with a vision extends itself so vivaciously to persuit of the food. Cafe Marron has all the usaul suspects on the menu, but they're all so much brighter :)lol...I eat there a lot. If you ask me, French toast, eggs Bennidict, and corned beef hash are all must haves.
