There is a local girl that works there as a waitress, at first blush, it seems like she is trying to hard.. but, really, I just think she's wonderful. Ive been there a few times and she's waited on us mostly. Shes great. one extra egg just for her. but, the rest of the staff is great too! great service!

We love the Grand Cafe! This is a rare place in Honolulu. It is located in an old building on the street, and airy and pleasant on the inside. The food selection, while a bit limited, is delicious and well made. There are a few outside tables situated in a comfortable courtyard. The place also operates as a small bakery. The owners and wait staff are genuinely warm and friendly. Although it has only been open for a few years, it feels as if it has been there for decades. We make a point of getting there for at least a few of our weekend mornings every month. Cheap municipal parking is available right across the street.
