Venus pancake house has great food! My mom and her co-workers eat there about 2-3 times a week. I love their porkchops, chicken, macaroni, muffins....well everything. The dessert is superb. It's like mom's home cooking. They're nice and the atmosphere is comfortable. They should make it non-smoking all over, though!

Venus has the best pancakes that I've ever put in my mouth! Their grits are true southern grits, there's nothing like them. The Home Fries are great too. When I visit my sister in Florence I always eat at Venus. She goes there everyday, there's a reason for that. The only improvement would be to make it totally non-smoking. Make it a stop on your way to Myrtle Beach, but they're closed on Sundays.
