Reopened May 2012 after passing of long time owner.
Many, if not most of prior menu items retained, plus favorites of new husband and wife owner/operators. Saw local ad for this restaurant and decided to check it out. I keep going back because the waitstaff treated me like I was a long lost best friend. Prices are right for good food, which is pretty common in competitive breakfast market. But the service always makes me glad I came.

When Belmont Hall is way too busy, we always go to Andy's. The food and service are good.

The place is qutie quaint. Space and seating is limited however, but if you can hit it on a weekday morning, you are in luck, otherwise be prepared to wait a lengthy time on the weekends.

Food is unbelievably good and has a nice variety of choices, other than just the standard breakfast menu daily specials as well. Coffee is good also and always there for a refill.

When they seat you they bring over a little basket of sweet breads/muffins. Price range is average to above average but well worth it.

Again to get your best experience you should try it on a weekday.

Also has a small counter service if you wanted to dine alone.
