I've been reading the commentaries about the Prestige Diner & am quite perplexed in regards to the ones with complaints.

I used to frequent that diner in the early 2000's and had nothing but exceptional service and food. Doesn't Mustafa and Mehmet own it anymore?

my boyfriend&i were traveling and stopped in to prestige diner.the food was excellent&service was great.best bacon egg&cheese sandwich ever&the oj was ice cold!!(w/out ice!)couldnt believe we had a very fulfilling breakfast for $13.also nice&clean inside.we will be sure to stop in again when heading that way.

I'm the boyfriend of the woman below that went on New Year's Day. Every word she said was 100% accurate. Never in my life have a had customer service this pitiful. We were just simply facing ea h other so we could have a conversation without disturbing any other customers. I work in customer service and would never speak to a customer like that unprovoked. Also I'm a veteran of the US Army. I served my country for 5+ years and fought in Iraq. Last time I checked I still lived in the Untied States of America where we have certain rights. Maybe this guy doesn't believe in these rights that I and many other brave men and woman have fought for. Maybe he can leave instead of just using this country to make a profit. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! !!!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I were there on New Years Morning ordering breakfast to go. As we were waiting for our food we were sitting down at the counter just talking when the owner told us to sit straight looking towards the desert case that we could not sit towards eachother when we were just talking and minding our business. Then I said to the owner we are waiting for our food , he told us that it was his business that we have to sit the way he told us too or we get out. Mind you we just ordered our food to go, The owner goes around the corner yelling saying he will call the police. I work in customer service and for him to be "The Owner" of the restaurant he should not treat us like we were disrespecting his business when we were just sitting there waiting for our food to take home. Then an employee has the nerve to tell us that He can speak to us any way he wants because he is the owner. I will never enter this diner since "the Owner " has no manners. Especialliy for his employees to tell us he can treat us anyway he wants. I hope the more they treat people with no respect they loose more business. Also this was the first time me and my boyfriend ever went to this "Dump" and of course its the Last.

I have been coming to this place for over 15 years. Not the best, but certainly very good. Very good coffee, nice breakfast specials, excllent lunch values. Prices have gone up since the remodeling, but still not too bad. All in all, would recommend anytime.

We found the perfect place for breakfast. Morning staff is friendly and attentive. Food is great. Love the pancakes there, but they also have nice omelletes,
and if you can name it, they can make it...

All in all I have a the best meal ever all the time I go with my family and now with the new look added it's like going to an upper class diner for half the price.Thank you guys for being true to your customers

We went here ounce on our visit to jersey,we stayed at the holiday inn and they told us to go there.So we tried it what a mistake.
The next day we tried the diner next to the hotel and it was quiet,friendly and they gave plenty of food for the money we spent.

The new ownership has not done nothing to this place.We were there recently on a week day and the food was horible.The waitress was very rude to us.We will not go back here ever again.

We went their with a group of 8,the food was lousy,they dont know how to make gravy,the guy at the desk is so rude,its pathetic.He thinks he is going to a golf game or something.Very pricey for what you get.Wouldnt recommend this place to nobody.Plus lots of roaches. Good Luck
