Every time I visit my brother in Hayward, I have to stop at Cooper's (last time it was twice, by myself!). I love their Country Fried Steak and I always get one (or two) of their made-to-order doughnuts. I slather those with their phenomenal jams. One of the best breakfasts in Hayward.

I disagree they messed our simple order up, very greasey food. waitstaff not very friendly

Service was poor but food made up for it, excellent omelets. Homemade bread and jam. Also really good pancakes. I would return to this place.
