I saw the post where someone complained about the place stating they have been here "3" times - If I have a bad experience once, I may go back and give it another change but 3 times?
Anyway, I have only positive things to say. This was our first visit since the name change and new ownership - Superior service, clean, great food and reasonable price. It was crowded when we got there and from the time we walked in the door to when we were getting our food was about 15-20 minutes. That (to me) is superior service.

This place is great! I love their food and waitresses! The owner is a great guy too, very friendly and down to earth. Place is clean and atmosphere is great. I eat at Tasty Waffle atleast once a week and always bring someone new with me.

Have been here 3 times and will never go again. Basically like a typical Greek restaurant but these people are rude and ignorant. Being women alone we're given the worst possible seat available and as if being in the back corner isn't enough while eating the wait staff - two guys in particular - hang on the back of the booth and gawk at us while we're trying to eat. Never offering coffee refills or any assistance whatsoever - just hanging on the booth and staring. Everyone here needs to go to manners classes and speaking English as well. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Many other places to go where food is just as good if not better and definitely be treated much better and pleasant as well.

Name changed to TASTY WAFFLE and the food is great. Service is wonderful and fast. Well worth the trip. Soup is out of the world.

This was the best breakfast I ever ate. So many choices, I got the stuffed french toast with bananas,and honey soooo goood! Waitress loved her job and was so friendly. I will be back every time I visit Joliet, IL I loved it.
