In the city, Libby's is unpretentious as can be: the food, atmosphere, and clients. It's very busy on Saturday mornings for breakfast; you'd swear it's the only place for city dwellers. The food is basic, but very good. Eating here is part of the experience of living in Wilmington. Unfortunately, it is not open on Sunday.
