10 minutes after seating to even see a member of the wait staff.
20 minutes before the order was taken.
25 minutes before the food showed up.

Scary bus boy doing nothing while the wait staff had to bus their own tables, all the while leaning over the last booth partition.

Loud arguments in kitchen between cooks.

NEVER going back.

We get IHOP breakfasts for a treat two or three times a YEAR. I was very disappointed in the buttermilk pancakes on Sunday, August 16, 2009. I specifically said "buttermilk pancakes" and the waiter repeated "buttermilk pancakes" back to me. The pancakes were hard and tasted very bad. I don't believe there was any buttermilk used in them. My husband had the pineapple upside down pancakes, and my daughter ordered the buttermilk pancakes, too. Their pancakes were the same. I have to choose carefully where to eat out since it's a treat we rarely get to experience. I chose IHOP for the buttermilk pancakes, and I will think twice about it next time.

We've always had good food and good service at IHOP. The place to come for some really good pancakes.

We ate breakfast and/or lunch EVERYDAY during the U13 USSSA AA Baseball Nationals in Bellefontaine Neighbors. We ate a the New Halls Ferry Road site. The service/food/coffee was great. My baseball player ate the famous chocolate chip pancakes daily. His team won it all, and he received recognition as the tournament MVP. He attributes his success to the pancakes.

Of course, the pancakes at The International House of Pancakes are good and come in many varieties. I highly recommend the chocolate chip pancakes - delicious!!!!
