Great location and good menu but service is BAD, food okay when you get it.

Same as the comments above. Good first experience it has gone down hill
9 a.m Sat down at the counter
9:10 given a menu ordered coffee
9:25 Order taken
9:30 coffee delivered
10:05 Walked out still hadn't recieved my food

I don't wright reviews never have I just that upset. As a customer I am exceptionaly patient, I have worked in food service. But an hour no refills and no food. Do not go to Z cafe.

My daughter and I frequently eat breakfast here and it is one of our favorite places. The potatoes are great, and their bread is really delicious. The service has always been excellent.

We meet for breakfast every Thursday. We have been here maybe 8-9 different times.

The service and food preparation gets worse every time. Yesterday was the last time. Slow service, Orders mixed up. Black toast, cold potatos and a mildly warm eggs at best. To expensive for slow service and poor food. There are better choices in Kalamazoo and Portage.
