This is without a doubt the best place in Salinas for breakfast. Whenever we are visiting family we always have breakfast there after Mass. You can't get country fried steak and eggs like that anywhere else and the pancakes are awesome. The service is always great and they always seem to be able to accomodate our big family with humor and efficiency.

If you leave here hungry, it's your own fault. It's a large menu and full of every breakfast item/combo ever made. The place is quite comfortable and the wait is modest on the w/ends. I wouldn't call it the healthiest but a good mixture of family/truckstop/greasy spoon. A nap afterward is a needed treat.
