I love love love this place. It's so welcoming. Everyone is greeted like friends and the husband and wife who own it, joke around with the patrons. You can order pretty much anything and know it will comes out well. I've never had a bad experience and thats saying something. I must have eaten here 338473874 times....

a hidden gem
This is one of those rare hidden gems that you stumble across and it's so good that you don't really want to tell everybody about it for fear there'll then be lines out the door, but you know that you must because the place really, really deserves enormous success. This is classic diner/cafe fare done with passion and care, in a true family operation with husband and wife cooking in back, and daughter waiting tables. But, the menu also extends beyond diner classics, with stuffed french toast, Mexician breakfast fare, exceptional omelets, etc. Lunches are great too - I love the paninis. Everything my friends and I have tried (and we've tried a lot), has been wonderfully executed. The place is spotlessly clean, the service is friendly and efficient, the prices are outstanding, and the food is exceptional. It's everything you could ask for and more in a cafe/diner

This restaurant, by far, has the best breakfast and lunch in the city. (The home fries are the best I have ever tasted.) There are a lot of interesting specials and a surprisinly large menu to choose from. Everything from 3-egg omelets to breakfast panini's and breakfast quellsadillas. Looks like everything is home made. Family owned and operated. It is immaculate, very reasonably priced and the service is great (great coffee too). A definate must try.
