I travel to Vancouver a couple times a year and have been to this place maybe 2-3 times over the past 7 years, always with friends, and always at someone else's request. I hate it. It's gross. Gross, gross, gross!

Sophie's is one of those kitchy cafes you bring your mom to when she's visiting out of town "Oh look! Funny records and dolls and lunchboxes! On the walls!" Wouldn't be so bad if they'd clean the grease and dust villages that grow on the memorobilia-even once a year would help! The food is tolerable at best. Typical greasy spoon fare, but priced much higher.

Avoid if you can.
