A first-timer today, I was suitably impressed. I took the server’s suggestion, and ordered the Kitchen Sink Omelet w/hollandaise sauce; I was not disappointed. In fact, it was by far, one of the tastiest, most delectable breakfasts I’ve had to date. The chef turned a simple 3 egg omelet with meat, veggies, and cheese, into a 5 star platter, complete with crushed garnish for color. Beyond my obvious delight with the meal, the interior was warm, well-lit, and fashionably decorated. The servers were all chipper and quick to engage in friendly conversation; in addition to keeping my glass and coffee mug full. Sincere thanks to The Main Ingredient. I shall return.

The pastries are delicious! The pancakes are great, too. Good menu with something for everyone. Reasonable pricing. (Take a dessert home with you for later, Main Ingredient is known for their awesome desserts!)
