I've been here several times in the last few weeks. It seems that the later you go in the week the busier they are. Saturday and Sunday? Don't expect to be seated quickly, they fill up pretty fast and people like to sit and enjoy their breakfast. It's worth the wait though, I haven't had a bad meal there yet! Although if you get the older cook or the heavyset one your food isn't quite as good as when Mick(?) is working. Some of the waitresses could work on their attentiveness though, and sometimes the cooks need to watch their language. They seem to forget that we can hear them talking. Other than that I love this place.
I reccomend the platter breakfast, 3 eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausage PLUS two pancakes! Very filling and very good!

The food and coffee are excellent but I could not help but feel unwanted there. When I arrived for lunch at 1:30pm I got the distinct impression that the red headed cook was extremely unhappy to see me. Also, I could hear him complaining to his brown haired counterpart that he wished I would go somewhere else because he was trying to leave. Overall, I both would never go back, nor would I suggest anyone else to go.

brunchies is the best for breakfast! their breakfast burrito is the best and so is their coffee. i feel like i am eating at home. the staff remembers your name and it is a very clean and friendly atmosphere. THUMBS UP !!!!!

Hands down, the people here are the best at getting to know you... your name! The breakfast Burrito, to die for and they absolutely have the best coffee in town. Say hello to the owners Larry and Jenny... the greatest people. They have half the family working in here.... His son Kyle, behind the counter cooking, teaching him how to cook, it is truly an experience!!! The pancakes, waffles, corned beef hash, country fried seak, shall I continue? Simply great food at a great price....

We discovered Brunchies a couple years ago. It is by our home and in the location of another restaurant we used to frequent. After one visit, we decided it was a family fav. The coffee is great, the breakfasts are reasonably priced and better than any of the chain restaurants I can name. My kids look forward to visits to the doctor, because it is a ritual with us that when they are out of school for the doctor, we stop there on our way, or after the visit. They love the food. I think they have the best pancakes I've ever had. Service is warm and excellent!

This is the breakfast place my husband and I have been looking for! It's like "CHEERS", except BRUNCHIES serves the best coffee and food in Carmel! Did I mention you can drink as much coffee that you can handle! It took one time for us, now we are hooked, now we go at leat 3 times a week!! Love it!! The service is excellent and very friendly, it took one time and the server seemed to remeber us!! So sweet!
I love to sit at the counter to watch the cooks cook our food - fresh, right infront of us! So neat!!

Visited Brunchies three time during our week long visit to Indy. The food was excellent, the waitresses were friendly and efficient. I had a wonderful salad for lunch - fresh, local tomatoes and really tasty blue cheese crumbles. The cornflake-coated french toast was wonderful!! Can't wait to get back to Indy - for breakfast.

THIS is my kind of breakfast place--it reminds me of the old Waffle Houses down south, but lots cleaner and brighter. I'm sick of the trendy, expensive breakfast places, and Brunchie's is what I've been waiting for. (Love that you can sit at the counter and watch them cook your food.)
