raw ham? hmmm.. I saw some ham Chef dressed in a hideous all red outfit serving bacon to a bunch of fat chicks but not sure if it was cooked or not

Sadly Smuggies has gone way down hill and it is now only a distant memory of what it once was,, back when it was Frenchies Kate ran the show, they had an eclectic creative menu that was quite tasty I was especially fond of the Chicken Enchillida Breakfast burrito..Kate had big plans but Part owner Smugs let her down one too many times with the way he ran the place(rumours of laziness) ,,once Smugs took over full time the joint went down the tubes real fast he hired some joker to re-decorate thinking it would re-energize the place,, gone were the classic diner booths replaced with hippy bean bag chairs,, the menu suffered too ,gone was the inventive menu in were mac and cheese and cold fish sticks ..
Recently he redecorated again and made Smuggies into a Breakfast/Movie Theme Diner..unfortuntely you can't make silk purse out of a sows ear

I had a wonderful dining experience at Smuggies. I really enjoyed the personal attention given by the head chef. He adds salt & pepper to your dish tableside -- a no look, over the shoulder sprinkle!!!

I have been to Smuggies a few times now. The food is below average served by a waitstaff with an attitude.

I won't be going back.
