A great atmosphere to eat in and great food! I had the french toast and the grilled cinnamon bun and it was absolutely excellent. They sprinkle extra powdered sugar on the french toast to give it that extra kick. On the cinnamon bun, they grill it and drizzle a glaze sauce on it that will keep your mouth watering for more!

Had my favorite breakfast, creamed chipped beef over homefries onions and peppers with a side of bacon. Everything was beyond good and gone before it even had a chance to cool. My coffee cup never even got close to empty because I sat at the counter. I heard feedback from others who also raved about the food and service. FIVE STARS!!!!!

Portions are huge (especially the pancakes), great home made sauces, guac and salsa verde. Off the beaten path and well worth it! Will go back again and again. Friendly staff and good food!

Vera's is the only place I will order creamed chip beef anymore. The fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juices are amazing, as well as the thick cut bacon. I would highly recommend a visit.

Recommended by a friend of mine to try Vera's, my family and I were pleasantly surprised by their large specialty omelets - mexican with chorizo, guacamole & salsa verde or porto bella eggs benedict and their yummy home fries and yes real jewish rye bread. They also have awesome pancakes as well we had one for dessert it was blueberries, raspberries and white chocolate.
