As a personal server/hostess/dishwasher of this IHOP, I can tell you that its always clean, and the workers here are enjoyable.

The server was very personal and actually seemed to care about his tables feelings, wants and needs, he did magic tricks for the kids and juggled and told jokes!! (he wasn't even our waiter!!)

The cooks seemed to actually know what they were doing, which isn't the usuall for the IHOPs here in town.

I'd say its worth a nice saturday morning, or even a week night. They had a very large array of luncheon and dinner items as well!!
