This place deserves NO STARS! Poor service, unpleasant food, and unfriendly staff who DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOUR order. You tell them a side order and they give you something else WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE! The food is usually over cooked/seasoned/burnt. I really do not recommend this “diner” to anyone. I really think they want to lose their business or jobs. I am really praying to God another BETTER Spanish restaurant opens there. Trust me they treat everyone the same, it does not matter what ethnicity you are because I am Hispanic and they still gave me unsatisfied service. If you want BETTER Spanish food then I highly recommend Tienda Vieja in Fresh Meadows. I will drive a little farther to get better food and service. F IS FOR FAILURE!

I am not rating the food at this time...just the service. When I called to place an order today for lunch the person that answered did not say hello/please hold. He picked up the phone and just left me holding! Finally he answers and I placed my order. About 45min later I call the diner to inquire as to when the food would arrive. They had the wrong phone # AND the wrong address! To top it ALL OFF...they forgot to send one of the dishes!! I DID NOT get an apology at any time during the back/forth with them. Unbelievable. Even the service when you go there personally stinks. They all have attitude & behave like they are better than you.

This is the second time that I found hair in my food or soup. The customer service is poor and if you don't speak spanish your are ignored. I returned recently to the resturant because I was told it was under new management. Not true same owners and same bad customer service and prices seem to be made up upon sale. Food quality and taste in average. Manager not only need to learn to speak english but he needs to hire american workers to build his business in the community

I have a dream that one day Spanish speakers and non-Spanish speakers can eat breakfast side by side with equal service. Racism is alive and well in queens NY! Never have I felt more unwelcome than my recent visit. The employees were ignoring English speakers while providing top service to Spanish speakers. In fact, the service was so bad that a kind man at the table next to me noticed the way my family was being treated and spoke to the manager in Spanish. I kid you not i even saw my waitress smoke an entire ciggarete while my food was under a heat lamp. Food also left something to be desired.

IM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS HAS LET ME DOWN. I TRIED CALLING FOR AN HOUR AND KEPT GETTING PUT ON HOLD AND BEING HUNG UP ON. AS A SECRETARY FOR A BUSY HOSPITAL I MORE THAN ANYONE UNDERSTAND WHAT BUSY IS, BUT THIS WAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW YOU'LL BE WITH THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BUT THIS WAS NOT THE SITUTATION THIS DAY. IF THIS IS CONITNUES YOUR GOING TO LOSE CUSTOMERS, MY ADVICE IS GET SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL TO ANSWER THE PHONE.

Had a great tasting lunch at this dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful giving suggestions regarding which plate to order.

Price is typical of a dinner, food is slightly above par, but the service is below average and inconsistent. Most servers are pretty good but the take out in the back is predominately anti-friendly. My closest comparison is they think their the cool kids in high school and you're the annoying teacher asking for their hw.

I work at Queens College near by and the office sometimes order food from there. The food arrives hot and tasty. My only problem with them is their f**ked up attitude when you call them to point out an error in the order that arrived. In other words, it's as if THEY are doing YOU a favor. I hate the nasty attitude with the guys at the take out counter. Really f**ked up. Had it not been for the food & price, I would have gone elsewhere. Waitresses are nice. The owner ought to fire those rude people.

The Food is very delicious and the people there are very friendly. Service is good and the prices are great. I go there at least once a week. I order Steak & Onions w/ Rice and Beans, its My Favorite Dish There.

One of the worst service ever. If you order by phone, when you go top pick up the food, always check that your order is complete: they have the tendency to charge you for their crapy food and they don't give you the complete order. I guess that's the way they make money.

They have a regular breakfast menu, made to order. Eggs, meats, home fries,juice etc. If you look a little further into the menu, they also serve Dominican breakfast. Mangu, of course was there, and they made it yummy and not in a bastardize way.

The staff are friendly and when my parents ordered by saying "the same", they remembered to the tee what they get all the time.

The decor is bright and welcoming. They have been in this location for years and it seems to improve all the time.
