This place had some delish food and great fresh bread. Unfortunately, it's now closed :(

Terrible service. Horrible service. Lousy service. Did I mention the poor service? Let's e clear, the food, if you ever get, it really good. Great fresh baked goodies. The problem is the surly staff, lousy system and the loooonnggg waits for breakfast at normal breakfast times. They need to organize and fix up their service, then I'd gladly go back. If they read this, PLEASE fix your service. It won't cost a dime and will probably let you increase your take by 25%.

Voila is an independent small bakery and therefore they have some services issues to work on, but their food is fantastic. I prefer their food over any other bakery easily. Their bread, Croissants, Crepes are great. Their coffee and the lattes are way better than Starbucks as well.

Voila attracted my interest as a weekend breakfast place where I could get a Croissant with egg and ham (my favorite). I went there four times and the last two times, I just walked out without eating. The food is decent and the coffee is good However, if there are a few people in front of you, be prepared to wait 10 or 15 minutes to place your order. They take each order, prepare it while you wait, and then give it to you and direct you to the cash register. If you have a few families of 4 in front of you, its a very negative and frustrating place to be (in a line that doesn't move). The last time I was there, I asked for the manager and explained that making me wait in line for so long really soured the experience and that I didn't want to come here any more. I suggested they consider a number system like Corner Bakery uses. Place your order, pay, get your coffee and wait for your food. But i got a smirky look, "so sorry you don't like it" and no offer to communicate it to the owner or resolve it in any fashion.
