Just to let people know, Oh Ryan! Cafe is no longer open. Sucks too because that place was incredible.

What a Gem! Finally a really great breakfast in Auburn. My husband enjoyed the Country Fried Steak and I had their Biscuits and Gravy. Both made right there and both Amazing. As if that wasn't enough, we shared one of their Giant Cinnamon Rolls. Again Amazing. Warm and So Soft and smothered in a rich Icing. We Loved the rich full bodied coffee. Not like you find at most breakfast "joints". Also friendly and helpful service. Can't wait to go back.

After our last trip, we came back on a Friday, thinking that maybe it would be as good as last time, only a bit quieter on a weekday.

What a difference - we had an absolutely horrible experience! Slow, slow service. They were out of coffee, so we had to wait for that, then even more time to give our order. Five minutes after we ordered, our waitress came back and said they were out of biscuits (their specialty), and did we want to wait 13 minutes for them to bake. We said no, we'd have English Muffins. 20 minutes later, our breakfasts came out - without biscuits. We're still trying to figure out what took so long. My husband's breakfast was hot, but his eggs were overcooked. The potatoes with my omelet were cold and inedible. We practically had to beg for one coffee refill - we never got another.

I guess the second string works on weekdays.

After seeing the posts here, we tried Oh Ryan! We found we had been to the same building when it was a barbecue joint. This incarnation is much better. The food was amazing, country fried steak that isn't pre-breaded and from the freezer, amazing biscuits and gravy. Lots of coffee, it was strong, but very good. The water was refilled often. The plates, cups, glasses and silverware are all above average in quality. The service was great. Our only complaint is that it was very loud. We were seated between a group of five noisy adults and a family with small children that kept bumping the back of our booth (my side). We will definitely be back!!

I appreciate the quality and the originality of the home cooking that this restaurant serves. It's unusual anymore to find restaurants that even offer homemade items besides desserts.

On my latest breakfast visit I ordered their Biscuits and Gravy which of course are homemade. The biscuits are served with sausage gravy smothering them and it is just heavenly. I was also tempted in to getting their Bread Pudding, truly the best bread pudding that I have ever tasted and it is served with a side of sweet rum sauce.

At Oh Ryan! Cafe they seem to take pride in their assortment of homemade menu items and desserts. It truly is a fun experience to have great food at a reasonable price.

My husband and I tried the Oh Ryan! Cafe this last weekend for breakfast and it was amazing. There was lots of food to choose from. We ended up sharing the Really Big Country Breakfast which includes a little bit of everything and to top it off all of the food that we had was great. Friendly servers and great coffee. I can't wait to go back.

Auburn finally has a good breakfast restaurant in town. Oh Ryan! Café just opened in August and they seem to be off to a great start. They serve an outstanding breakfast and lunch with large portions to boot.

They have quite an extensive menu; home made biscuits and gravy, pancakes, French toast and an interesting but good twist on Corn Beef Hash. I’ve tried their buckwheat pancakes which are awesome and they’re served with warm syrup. I’ve also tried their Sausage and Mushroom Scramble which I was thoroughly impressed with also. If you love rich and smooth coffee they serve that also. The last time that I visited I noticed they had just added a line of desserts to their menu.

The portions on most everything are very large and first grade quality ingredients. It seems that Oh Ryan! Café prides themselves in making many of their menu items from scratch. They even serve freezer jam instead of regular jam. During my visits I’ve heard several people comment on how wonderful their food has been.

The colors and the music played within the restaurant are fun and give the restaurant a warm home like atmosphere. The presentation of food is also splendid and served on real plates instead of the cheap plastic ones that most restaurants serve their food on.

If you like good home cooking then you will enjoy Oh Ryan! Café. The service is friendly and the food is outstanding. What more can you ask for?

Great portions! Great Service! Burnt coffee?? 2 out of 3, not too bad. I must have gotten the dregs of the coffee pot because it was bitter and I had to use cream and sugar to calm it down. Breakfast was awsome. I love the thick bacon. I guess I have to try them for lunch too.

Wow...finally, a new place to eat in Auburn. Wonderful portions at reasonable prices. I'm a biscuits and gravy kind of guy and this place makes homemade biscuits AND homemade sausage gravy!!! Can't beat that. My wife had the pancakes and they were great too, then we find out that they make the pancake batter from scratch too! The only poor mark was the coffee was way too strong and bitter for my tastes, but the service was very nice and personable.
