Oh my gosh, is the P&P still there? Used to hit this place back in the 70s after heading down to Seaside on a whim from Portland. It was never great, but the place you went to eat breakfast in Seaside and open late. I remember the trinkety beach gifts in the window.

It's not a trip to the beach without breakfast at Pig N' Pancake. It's a family favorite. The staff is friendly and the food is good. They also have a location in Astoria (about 15 mins a way) that usually isn't as busy.

It is kind of like IHOP only it has a gift shop. The gift shop is a little pricey but they have some cool stuff. It is kid friendly and the staff is nice. The food isn't to big and it isn't exspensive. The food is pretty good, I would go again.

I love to hit pig 'n pancake every time I go to the coast. LOVE their strawberry pancakes!
