THE PANCAKES ARE THE BEST ON THE PLANET..THEY HAVE
A CHILI CHEESE OMELET TO DIE FOR...THERE IS ONLY
STREET PARKING OR BEHIND THE CHURCH OR AT RALPHS
ACROSS THE STREET....IT IS WORTH THE SHORT WALK.

I usually would never even look at pancakes on the menu, I am way more of an eggs and hashbrowns kinda girl, but my friend forced me to try her banana pancakes. I ordered a stack to go! They were incredible!!!!!!!! I live about half an hour from Vivians, and will make the drive and the wait for a table any chance I can... the crowd is great too, Ive seen celebrities every time ive gone.

I go to Vivian's every weekend! The coffee is excellent, the service is friendly, and the food is delicious! I judge places by their bacon and potatoes, and both are great here (a tad too salty, but still good). It's reasonably priced- some things more expensive than others. Dining inside can be very loud on busy days, but there is a large patio outdoors as well. On the weekends, expect to wait about 20 minutes for a table.
