Lake Tahoe is my second home. I live in Texas and visit the Lake several times a year. I recommend the Red Nut on the Nevada side on Kingsbury Grade. The folks on the California side favor the locals and were rude to me as a visitor. The Nevada Red Hut treats me like family ever time I eat there(several times a year). In Neveda the food is always tasty, the omelets are made with four eggs and the bisquits and gravy are yummy.

When your in SLT {South Lake Tahoe} you HAVE TO go to The Red Hut! It is the best South Lake breakfast joint around. Before you head up to Heavenly to shralp it up, go here to get fueled up. I have NEVER had a bad meal there in the 30 years I have lived here.
THE RED HUT IS EPIC!
