We absolutely love going to Wecks for our weekend breakfast, everyone who comes in from outta town loves it too! The portions are great as well as the staff. Mornings do have a waiting time but it's definitely worth the wait. We go to the Wecks on San Mateo. My to go dish is papas original with green Chile and eggs over easy. Delish!!!

I love the location and the decorations in the resturant. I love the biscuts and gravy and the taco salad. The dishes are always overflowing you get more then your moneys worth. The staff is friendly and helpful snd they keep the resturant clean , the Manager John was friendly he came by and said hi and spoke to everyone at our table asking about how our food was.

the servings are huge! love there carne adovada breakfast burrito (get it smothered in carne adovada as well). my location is the newest 1 on paseo. i wouldnt say ther the best breakfast place but the food is desent & the price is right.

This place is a must eat if you are in the Albuquerque area! This location is new and it is very clean. The food is to-die-for and the service is just as excellent! They have awesome coffee along with a "coffee of the day" which was vanilla roast the day we went. I had a papa's sloppy which is a mountain of our fresh hash browns with cheddar and jack cheese, two eggs, scratch made gravy, diced bacon and sausage, with a choice of toast or tortilla. I ate about half and I was stuffed to the brim. My wife had the Huevos rancheros and cleaned up her plate as well. Excellent food! You must go!

I have tried the omelettes, breakfast burritos, egg plates, pancakes and papas. They were all good. None of the eggs were overcooked. The hash browned potatoes were tasty, though I would prefer it if they had a crispier crust. I have enjoyed the Wecks locations that I have tried: Louisiana, Osuna, Juan Tabo, and San Mateo.

I have ate at a couple of Wecks. Do New Mexicans know what a good breakfast is? Not if they rate these places high. Dry eggs and bad patatoes. Coffee tasted like the pot needed cleaned. Great wait people serving crap!
