We have been there several times in the last few years; usually after Dr. visits. Today for the first time, our server was TRACY. She was outstanding. We eat at various resturant in the evening with varying price ranges; her service at this "breakfast quick stop" ranks way up there with any place we've been. To be sur when we return, we will ask for her section. As a retired retail person, I notice everything service oriented and have observed her even when we had other servers. She is #1 in our book. The manager was very rude. I have never seen her there before. We usually have this guy who take great care of us, but we got extremely bad service tonite from a waitress named Cindel. She was very rude and when we asked her if we could speak to a manager she cut her eyes and walked away. It took 15 minutes for the manager to come to our table. Finally when she did she gave us a fake smile like she was gritting her teeth. She asked what the problem was with almost as much attitude as the server. When we told her she did nothing nut say that she would talk to the server. We stayed there for another 5 minutes and the manager never went to the girl. The girl kept coming to the table almost rushing us to get out. Glaring at us. This wasnt the first horrible experience at IHop, and needless to say we will not go back.
