Small, but very good breakfast. Excellent omelets and pancakes. Across from City Hall in Florissant. Friendly staff and customers. When crowded may need to sit with strangers but then they aren't sstrangers any more.

I have been going to the City Diner for about 5 years now and love it! The owners Max & Dani are very nice & the service is great. Carry out is also available if you are in a hurry, call in your order and they will have it ready to go when you get there.
