First time and last time here, Our eggs were overcooked, my wife ordered over easy they came with no liquid yolk, my scrambled eggs were over cooked, Hash browns tasted like they were freeze dried. The wife's were burnt, mine were soft and gooey, dooseing them with pepper did not improve them. Bacon was good, chicken fried steak was good, toast was inconsistant, wifes dry hard mine under toasted, wait staff didn't return after serving us untill she delivered the check. so no beverage refills at all.

This is a combined review of 6 separate visits with several guests in attendance. The people are very nice and the service is pretty good but, not enough to ever really recommend Brandi's to anyone as a can't miss place.
We have gone several times for morning meetings and after today's meal, it finally dawned on me what was missing. Flavor. Why should I have to add ketchup to a breakfast sandwich that has meat, egg, cheese and the bread just to get it down?
Their Eggs Benedict is verrrrrrrryyyy average - again, lacking any real flavor. A little lemon zest to show that you are trying?
They use plain vegetable oil on the grill and from what I can gather - nothing to season their offerings. The breakfast sandwich offers no flavor at all unless you add something to it or choose the right meat item to provide the substance.
The Home Fries are served with raw green peppers and raw onion with cooked cubed potatoes - how hard is it to saute the veges prior to service? Even just to heat them through.
The pancakes are a good size, fresh and fluffy. If you are a syrup person - ask for an extra syrup when ordering. The small condiment cup is similar to what other restaurants use for ketchup - a couple tablespoons and is never enough. They don't have syrup pitchers on the tables.
Our last breakfast service provided bacon that was deep fried to a crunchy crisp - unfortunately robbing it of any flavor and adding a terrible aftertaste.
One of our party ordered the french toast and unfortunately, it came with a hair in it. I know this happens but, it is never good when it does.
The hash-browns are the traditional shredded kind grilled in plain vegetable oil (greasy). When I cooked them for breakfast service at my place of employment, it was always with a touch of salt, pepper and paprika. Never enough to be a problem but, always just right for those who didn't like things spicy or were watching their salt.
Would it kill them to use real butter on the toast for their sandwiches? To see it shiny and toasted but, then be plain, plain, plain - Ughhhhhh.
There is a large senior clientele - and I can understand avoiding seasonings to keep them happy. But, they should make it a point to recognize or at least ask the rest of us how would we like it seasoned.
The refill factor for our coffee and iced teas has been hit or miss. We had to finally request a thermos pitcher (on the last couple visits) so we could take care of the refills ourselves. We even took to serving a neighboring table when we did our mugs - the waitress served him his food and she was never seen again. I had to ask for a straw with my cold drink and sufficient napkins have always been an issue.
Getting separate checks has never been a problem and cleaning the table of dishes and such is again - hit or miss (being busy has had nothing to do with it). We have gotten into the habit of moving the dirty dishes to a neighboring table if too much time passes.
The restaurant and restrooms are always clean.
Brandi's is a place for locals and for guests who want something quick and affordable. If you are looking for something signature or something to recommend and remember, you will have to go elsewhere.
We are finished with our meetings and with Brandi's for awhile. We haven't had an opportunity to try their lunch offerings.
