I WILL NEVER GIVE KINGS CHEF MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!!!!!!! My family and friends have been long time customers of King's Chef. Today (Easter) I took a good friend to eat there. It was her 1st time. She has a 1 and a half year old daughter and while waiting to pay her daughter began to cry. Apparently GARY THE OWNER DOES NOT RESPECT WOMEN, CHILDREN, and FAMILIES. He arrogantly told my friend that the baby crying was, "KILLING HIM AND HE COULD NOT TAKE IT AND TO LEAVE". The manager came out to talk with me and his response was, "SORRY GARY IS AN A.HOLE AND YOU JUST NEED TO GET OVER IT AND LEAVE." Therefore, my response after asking repeatedly to speak with Gary (and being turned down) was, "Well an A.HOLE has just lost A LOT of business." Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN. REPOST THIS MESSAGE AND TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS.

My husband and I checked out the King's Chef location on Bijou across from Acacia Park. On a not very busy Friday morning we walked in and asked the gentleman at the bar if we could just take a seat. We had never been there before and didn't want to presume. He looked around and said, 'What do you think?' Granted, he was joking...but it caught me off guard.

The food here is AMAZING! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I order the breakfast burrito with gravy on the side...I have never been to another place that serves their breakfast burrito's with GRAVY. YEAH!!! I ordered my daughter the french toast and had a bite...THE BEST FRENCH TOAST I HAVE EVER HAD! SERIOUS.

Despite the inital surly response from the staff, I LOVE this place. We went back that same weekend. CHECK IT OUT!!

Aside from the obvious fact that any place that is a purple castle will rock, let the food do the talking. HUGE servings of awesome, fresh food. The other patrons are very friendly and most are greated by name. Should you master eating all of your breakfast, one is honored with a Clean Plate Club sticker and the chance to grab a Blo-Pop. What else could you want?
