Recommended by a friend, I took a chance on this eatery today - Arriving just moments ahead of the (only game in town) standing room waiting crowd...
Seating was accomplished in less than 4 minutes.
Lipstick smudges on one (supposedly clean) coffee cup and obvious dried food contamination on one of the table setting's spoons (in a napkin utensil wrap) was a big let down.
A lemon slice in the water picture was surprising, but after quickly re-evaluating the circumstance of the coffee cup & spoon (? - hiding an unpleasant taste of the water - ?).
My waitress was clean, prompt and courteous - up to the point where she took my unfinished plate of food away from me. This reminded me of Ed Debevic's 'eat & get out' policy. Don't rush me - If I want to be rushed, I'll eat at McDonalds -
The food: I opted for eggs over easy (which were PERFECT!) with sausage links (just barely past the under cooked stage - these jumbo links are far better than a Denny's link), hash browns (slightly under cooked - not hot when served, but edible) and pancakes with a dusting of powder sugar (tightly cooked, but not bad) in stead of toast and of course coffee.
On a scale of 1-5 I give the coffee a solid +4 and the crean actually tatsed like true half & half. Obtaining a refill from a buser was without incident very polite and very quick! (thank you)

$26.00 for breakfast for two + a $5.00 tip makes this average -

There is NO excuse for dirty serving ware - so you only get the 3 eggs from me.

Went there for breakfast last Sunday. Had their Egg White Delight Omelette and Berry Pancakes. Both were fantastic. Service was great, restaurant sunny and cheery. We'll be back next week!
