This is my absolute favorite breakfast spot in Portland. No matter what I have tried here it has been out of this world. Service is great and the atmosphere is fun. Busy no matter if you go during the week or on the weekends, but worth the wait.

Jam is a great place for breakfast with excellent service. They use local ingredients (right across the street from Uncle Paul's Produce Market as well as Grand Central Baking Company) and execute it deliciously well. At peak times you may have to wait for a table (for good reason--it's worth it) and the local Stumptown coffee is fantastic. Staff is friendly and genuinely welcoming. Food is excellent. I've been there several times and never been disappointed. Try it!
