I you ask me where want to go for breakfast or lunch, I will say Heart and Soul in Dunrobin without any hesitation. Best food, best coffee, and great attmosphere.

The best breakfast in the entire Ottawa region, and believe me, I have eaten breakfast at almost all the over-rated city breakfast eateries. The sausages were locally made, the bread fresh, the eggs done to perfection and the fruit side was spot on. And, the tea was to die for - Red Rose and hot, hot, hot like tea should be. The service was excellent, cheerful and neither slow nor overly fast - you did not get the impression that the breakfast was lying around for an hour. The price, $6.00 including taxes, was a pleasant surprise.

The best breakfast anywhere, fresh food home made, healthy alternatives, no preservatives, no deep frying. Free Trade grown in the shade coffee!!!! Lots of fresh fruit and salad served with almost everything. sunday it good to make reservations. Summer has a lovely screened in deck. Breakfast ranges from $ 5.50 to $12 which would be Salmon-Eggs Benedict, or Steak at $16.
