CLOSED - after being scoped out by the local board of health and closed, they reopened briefly, but couldn't get it together. Not much of a loss, except that Andover has a paucity of low key eateries.

HORRRRRRRRIBLE. Worst breakfast experience of my life. You're better off going to Denny's down the street in Lawrence.

Every thing took about 5 times the amount of time it should have. The eggs benedict was NOT worth the 1hr (literally) it took to make. We honestly felt like we were in the twilight zone.. like how does this place exist?

The only good thing about this place was how cheap it is. Which is why I rated it a "pretty bad" instead of "rotten." I would never go back and even told the people sitting next to me to leave before they could have an experience like mine.

I have eaten here a few times now and I have to say the food is excellent. I would, however, like to see the menu offer a few more items. My favorite meal is the Fresh Fruit and Eggs served with French Toast (will substitute pancakes). The fruit is just that, "fresh". The coffee here is the best I've ever had, it's out of this world. The service and the time it takes to get the meal however has been very slow but it has been improving. I think they might be starting to get the hang of it. I'll try them again.

A great place, but really bad management. Excelent service, but I had one of the worst times of my life in my last (and it is REAALY going to be the only and last one). The owner doesnt seen to understand how to treat the patrons. Me and my g=family asked for a few diferent itens on the menu and after fous requests all we hear was: sorry, we dont have this tem today. They have a huge sign at the front window saying "breakfast all day". But I couldnt get my breakfast on a sunday, at 1:00 p.m. Is the owner lying to the customers to atract people? So, I decided to go for a simple chicken club sandwich. The waitress so came back to say they ran out of chicken. Just turkey. I accepeted the offer and asked for rye bread, when the owner "decided" by himself that the rye bread wasnt a good choice and decided to make my sandwich on a wheat bread. The girl on the counter said if I reaaly want the rye bread she was going to order my meal the way I wanted. So the owner said to her (and to me) ta=hat my choice isnt good enough and demand the sandwich to be meade on his own choice: wheat bread.
I will never return to this place, and I am letting all of my friends know about my bad experience.
Boston King cafe have and excellent and friendly staff working over there, and they seemed embarrassed about the situation. But I need to admit: the owner and his management is a shame for the restaurant business.
