Since the Brunch Cafe has opened in Fox River Grove, it has become a huge hit with the town. The place is only open for breakfast and lunch and the menu is the same for both. Check out the three specials each day as you walk in the door -- they are usually extraordinary!

My daughters loves the chocolate chip pancakes, and even though she can not finish them, she always gets the adult version cause they are better than the kids version. My wife and I both enjoy their Mexican inspired dishes like Ay Caramba! skillet with eggs, chorizo, onions, jalapenos, and salsa or the breakfast burrito (very similar to the ay caramba but wrapped in a tortilla). I like the bennies, both the original and the portobenny (a benedict served on a portobello cap instead of an english muffin).

We have also enjoyed their paninnis and burgers and other lunch menu items, but their breakfasts are always our favorites.

Huge and varied menu. Awesome skillets and omelettes. Pancakes, crepes, waffles, blintzes, they have evrything simple and decadent.
