I am a home owner in Bethany and have frequented this restaurant many times in the past with fairly good experiences. Unfortunately, it seems they have changed ownership and this place just isn't the same. The service was terrible and somewhat rude, the wait was long only because of how disorganized they were, and the food was only ok and slightly overpriced. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not go there again myself.

The husband and I made a beeline for the beach on Saturday, July 19th from central PA all the way to Ocean City, MD. Wanting to avoid all of the usual breakfast haunts which would be full sad folks leaving the beach after a week's vacation, complete with whiny, cranky kids, I scoured the internet for a venue along our path (or a slight deviation) and found KBC. What a find! A cute, eclectic little cafe/bistro with a yummy menu! Hubby enjoyed the Morning Panini with Sausage (his choice for most economically sensible breakfast meat) and I had the Smokin' Hot Hash. Both were adequate portions and very flavorful. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. We arrived around 10 AM and were immediately seated despite a crowded parking lot and tons of traffic on DE 26. The menu for lunch sounds equally appealing and I regret we were not able to return during the rest of our trip. There's always next year...
