Located in industrial Tacoma next to a local bar that could be dangerous at night (more about that on the menu). Got that 50's small town feel right down to the swivel stools at the counter. I ordered the pork chops mrs. d ordered the ham steak (they taste the same where ever you go...). I got two lage chops nicely seasoned and perfectly cooked...however I really wanted to try everything that came out...I forgot to mention comes with a doubl slab o' hash browns. Recommended nice people, great food and plenty of hd parking out front, next door and down the street...

Had breakfast here this morning and it was amazing how good it was. The coffee just kept on coming and I can say enough good about how good the food and service was.

Read your reviews and being new to the area(I'm from Cincinnasty,Ohio),I took a chance at this little place.Wow!Food is good and they give you a whole heap of food.I now go there at least twice a month.I like the servers Tracy,Ashley and Abbie and they work hard and are quick with their smiles.

OMG this was a BOATLOAD of food!! If you can eat all this food in one sitting then I would want to shake your hand! Breakfast here is pretty good. A little on the greasy side (just like my husband likes) not a good place to eat if you are on a diet. :o) As far as the service goes... don't expect much. The service here kinda sucks. The place is about as big as my living room and a bit cramped. But, if you are looking for a huge plate of great food and you don't mind waiting a bit to get it then this is the place for you!!

Great food. Portions are BEYONG LARGE!!!!! If you like fruit....side of fruite for .99 is well worth it. Food was great and the Silver spoon scramble is big enough for 2-3 people. I still have not picked my jaw up off the floor. BLT was tasty and service was fun!!!

So good. I ordered the french toast and it was so eggy (in a good way) that the side of scrambled eggs that came with it were almost overkill. The service was a little slow only because they were so busy. I would definitely recommend going here rather than a chain restaurant like Denny's. YUM-MY!

We loved this place. Food was so great! Coffee was awesome, I have never had coffee at a restaurant that I like till this place. WE are so stuffed after eating there. This will be our new breakfast joint. LOVE IT!!!!! 5/2009

Thanks to the reviews we saw on this website the other day we tried out the restaurant. We're so glad for the tip! Probably won't lose any weight eating there but will have a nice experience and there is such a thing as a to-go box. The young waitress was attentive and anticipated/responded like a veteran. The food was made just like we ordered and tasted great. There was tons of it so we took home what we couldn't eat.
The area is industrial, the restaurant decor is nothing to write home about but none of that matters. The only tip I'd mention is to sit away from the door on cold days if there's room.
I appreciated the fact that a bacon aficionado and a vegan could sit across from each other and both enjoy our breakfasts!

Best pancakes in Tacoma....and grits (mmmm...) good idea to share a meal because of the over generous size. Any person that has ever worked as a server, will admire the very hard working servers on any busy morning.
