The food is pretty good, but the service is horrendous. Go here if you want to be treated badly by the staff and want to wait over 45 mins. for your food. The other Glenwood location on Willamette also has terrible service.

This restaurant has my vote for the best breakfast in Eugene... You have to try the whole wheat toast...
