I see this place is now closed. Good freakin' riddance is what I say! One of the waiters kept burping and holding his iPhone up to the radio in the kitchen like a moron, another server couldn't sing in tune with the music to save his life (he's probably the kind of employee who calls at 8:07 to let the boss know he won't be in at 8:00), and there were tables that needed to be cleared away. Honestly, when they take multiple deuces in the dining room, do they not have the sense to wipe up after them right away? Somebody needs to school them in the art of deuce-handling, and all that kinda good stuff. This, that, and the other.

Waitress PLEASE PLEASE wash your hands often!!!!
Especially after picking up dirty dishes!!!
Yogurt/granola parfait very tasty,Omelete was good. Homemade(?) cupcakes, tasted like box cake mix. Hard to get a coffee refill???

Saw them at Taste of Alpharetta and fell in love with their cream cheese grits. My wife and I stopped by for breakfast and had the best breakfast we have had in a long time! Service was great and atmostphere was warm and welcoming. This place is a welcome change from the usual breakfast restaurants. Fresh, fresh, fresh!

I used a groupon for the Red Hen for my first visit. The wait service is REALLY BAD!!! The waitress never came back to check on us, I finally got my own coffee refill from the thermos. The food that you get is definately not worth the price. I had an omelete with potatoes. Really don't you think you should get more than 4 very small potato quarters. We had to sit in the back with a staraight view to the kitchen. Very disgusting...having to see the filthy work area. First and last visit for us. this should rate as worst service and biggest rip off. Owners and wait service need better training on food handeling.

I always use Mr. Breakfast for reccomendations.
My husband & I tried The Red Hen. We were both dissapointed in the meal. Quality and service are both poor. We will not go back again

Had been to The Red Hen before with family and decided to have Mother's Day brunch there. It was fantastic! Food took a little while but when it came, it was delicious. Service was very professional and made my mother and my wife feel very special. Great atmosphere and reasonable price.

For only being open a short time food was excellent. The coffee was great. The sweet Potato Waffle was the best thing I had there. Great size portions, staff was very friendly. Luvayankeeboy must be the owner of J.Christopher's of manage a Waffle House because this is by far the best Breakfast place in Alpharetta

I think this is the best breakfast/lunch place in Alpharetta. As a super picky eater, I love the menu and have a lot to choose from. I have never been anything but happy with the service and food. (I don't know what the other review was talking about). I really appreciate the way the staff and the owner take the time to ask me how everything is and if I need anything.
I love the oatmeal brulee, french toast, egg sandwich, sweet potato waffle....need I say more! It is a place I keep coming back to! Yumm!
