My husband Larry and I were passing through town to go to Abbotts Lobster and there was a band playing in a yard with tables on the sidewalk. We stopped to enjoy some really great music and found out that this little place (Carson's Store) was serving dinner..... salmon tacos were to die for! Don't pass this place up, the little places are the best.

Great food, from what our waitress Kelly said, everything is homemade...worth the trip from Mystic, we now found our new spot!!!! Please don't change a thing!

I travel all over the US due to business, hands down the BEST corned beef hash I have ever had.
The Irish omelette is amazing! Whenever I'm in the area I'll be eating there. Thanks, Larry

We came to a wedding here in Noank and if we had a breakfast place like this at home we would always eat there! I had the best omelet I ever had and those apple pancakes were delicious. Hopefully we will be back to visit Carson's soon and the great gals that work there! Thanks!

We were traveling the shore area and "ran" into Carson's. The special was a Summer Veggie omelet and I have NEVER had a better omelet. this is a really great place, do not pass up breakfast here! Lots of fun! Thanks you guys, we will be back! Ben and Maggie!

Carson's has been around forever. Loretta makes an awesome breakfast no matter what it is. Everything is homemade and the all the staff is GREAT!! It's a real homey place. Free entertainment!!
