Shari's is a family-friendly western chain of restaurants that I would categorize as a notch above Denny's. Most breakfast plates are in the $6 to $9 range and the choices are similar to what you might find at other comparable national chains (Denny's, IHOP, Perkins, etc). We've been to the Shari's in Wilsonville many times over the years, as well as ate breakfast at other Shari's locations, and never had a bad experience.

When eating at the Shari's in Wilsonville, the food has always been good, the restaurant clean and well kept, and the service prompt and pleasant. Coffee refills are abundant. It isn't fine dining, but it isn't bad. Actually, pretty good. We like it enough to make it our standard local breakfast location.

Readers what everyone said is ture.The food is diugstiung.I am not suprised they have no service. It is always dingy and gloomy.The waitrerss are mean and rude.
If i were you don't ever go there.EVER!!!

Being new to the area, we unknowlingly went there for a relaxed Saturday afternoon brunch (12:30pm) on MAY 26th. Let's start with the ONLY POSITIVE point: The food was decently prepared.
It, however, arrived VERY SLOWLY, as did the coffee refills. It seemed the waitress was annoyed that we dared to enter the place at all. Then we actually had the temerity to request things like refills, ketchup, jam, etc!?! After reading the previous review, I can now see why. I just thought it was good luck that we actually arrived at a slow time. The entire time we were there no one else entered the restaurant. Rather odd, as all the other shops and stores were doing a booming business on a lovely sunny May weekend!! (That should have been my first clue!) I would rather go to McDonald's than return here. I could have served my party and the rest of the 3 other customers much faster and with more care for free, than the indifferent and lazy staff. Don't bother going here even if you are dying from starvation. You may actually expire before they get the food to you.

My last experience in the place was scary. We were getting the worst service ever for no apparent reason. While waiting I went to the washroom. I walked in to see two of the waitresses. One of them was just leaving, clearly aware of what was happening if not part of it. The other quickly tried to hide what I had seen when I opened the door. They were using cocaine in the restroom. So, the mystery of the poor service was solved, and we have never darkened the doorway there again!
