The waitress always gives great customer service, but as another user stated, "there is an older blonde lady that works there that rushes though everything." I believe she also answers the phone and doesn't do well with that. You have to repeat your pick up orders many times and even when they are simple orders because she seems stressed out and not calm enough to manage what's going on in the restaurant around her and on the phone call. She is a nice lady too and does try to her credit but she just honestly isn't very good at listening/taking phone orders. The food is pretty good as most breakfast places are. OB's Cafe is no Wheelhouse Diner but it's a good second option for another close by local Quincy breakfast cafe.

Good breakfast, but the last few times e were there the breakfast wasnt cooked properly, susan ithe waitress always gives great customer service, but theres a older blonde lady that works there that rushes though everything. Seems like she doesnt want to be there! But we still go back, still a good breakfast joint, but please work on your customer service!

This is truly a "hidden" jewel! North Quincy desperately needed a fabulous breakfast place and now we have it! OB's Cafe is clean, cheap, family-oriented and serves breakfast/lunch. Open from 6:30am-3:00pm 7/days/week. Huge breakfasts, friendly staff, a local joint for catching up on townie news. Everyone is welcome! Oh yea, the sign over the door says "No Whining" - good thing since the lines out the door are at times challenging for one's patience; however, once you are seated, you'll understand why.
